My work ranges from strategy and leadership to innovation, creative direction and design.
I lead Transport for London’s digital experience team, which is behind TfL Go, London’s globally recognised travel app and TfL’s new approach to digital design.
TfL Go won a D&AD Pencil, two Design Week Awards, a BIMA Gold Award for era-defining innovation and two Drum Awards, including the Chair’s Award for innovative design. Our work also received an honourable mention in Creative Review’s 2023 Annual.
Before joining Transport for London, I led design teams, innovation projects, wide-ranging culture change programmes and co-founded a design studio.
I worked for a wide range of organisations in retail, culture/arts, healthcare and education in the UK and USA, including Transport for London, O2, Orange, NHS, The Department of Health, BBC and as a former resident of New York City, WebMD and The Rhode Island Department of Education.
